Does Pulls Direct offer free shipping or free returns?
Pulls Direct may have certain Promo Code, Coupon, Discount Code or sales events that provide free shipping or returns rule, but their normal practice can be different. We would recommend directly reviewing Pulls Direct's website, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, or asking customer service for current details.
Can I track my Pulls Direct order?
Pulls Direct provides tracking services for orders placed through their online and mobile storefronts. Once your order ships, you'll receive an notification with a unique tracking ID number that can be entered into the order status tool on Pulls Direct's website or mobile app along with your order email to view real-time updates on your shipment's transit time and projected arrival date. This allows visibility into your order's journey to your home.
What forms of payment does Pulls Direct accept?
Pulls Direct typically accepts all major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover both online and in-store. They also take up debit cards, gift cards, credits based on their Promo Code, and other store credit cards bearing their logo. Select locations may take checks, though this payment method is less common. Contact Pulls Direct or visit your local store to confirm specific payment options.
