Can I track my FOCO order?
FOCO enables order tracking for items bought through their online store, mobile app, or Promo Code. After you complete paying, you'll get an email or tracking number that can be used to see your order's shipping status and estimated delivery time. To track, reference your confirmation email and enter the tracking number and associated email into FOCO's website or app under order status. This will pull up details on where your order currently stands in transit and its projected arrival time.
What forms of payment does FOCO accept?
FOCO typically accepts all major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover both online and in-store. They also receive debit cards, gift cards, credits based on their Promo Code, and other store credit cards bearing their logo. Select locations may take checks, though this payment method is less common. Contact FOCO or visit your local store to confirm specific payment options.
How do I contact FOCO's customer service?
Ways for contacting FOCO customer support include calling their toll-free number, chatting on their website during specified hours, reaching out by email, or messaging them on Facebook, Twitter or other social platforms. Support contact information is published on their website and on receipts.
