Does Train Genius price match competitors if I find a lower price?
While Train Genius will price match some competitors' lower prices, they do have a number of exclusions and restrictions. Price matching is limited to select major competitor retailers and applies only to identical in-stock merchandise. Clearance, liquidated, bundled, or marketplace items do not qualify. To request a price match, you need to contact Train Genius directly and provide proof of the competitor's pricing before purchasing. Review their latest price match policy details and terms on the Train Genius website.
What is Train Genius's return policy?
Train Genius offers a streamlined return rule with free returns to make the process quick and convenient. Most non-final sale items can be returned within 7 days of purchase, either by mail or at a store location. To start a return, pack the item securely and include the provided return form or label. Once received, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Exchanges for a different size or color can be processed at the same time for an even faster replacement. Just be aware that customized, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned.
How long does Train Genius take to deliver orders?
Train Genius provides speedy and reliable shipping timelines. Delivery speeds can vary greatly depending on the goods, the shipping method, the vendor's fulfillment process, and most importantly, the customer's location. For more precise delivery estimates, we would recommend connecting Train Genius directly and providing them with your order details and shipping destination. This will allow them to look up the most up-to-date timeframes for your specific situation.
