Tulio about returns?
If you receive products from Tulio and are not satisfied with them, we give free returns. You can generally smoothly return buys (including discounted items) to Tulio within 30 days. First, fill out the attached returns form. Then place the completed form in the package with the item you are returning. Send the package back. You will obtain a confirmation email when your package arrives at Tulio. For discounted items, you will obtain Coupon by email. Voucher will fit your next order. You can specify Discount Code on your next acquisition from Tulio.
Does Tulio offer free shipping?
Depending on your location, Tulio presents you several delivery options. Please enter your desired shipping address or obtained a package agent during checkout. If someone is picking up your package on your behalf, you must bring your ID, pickup code and personal ID. If your order is worth more than a certain amount, you can receive free shipping. By using Coupon, you can save not only on shipping but also on your favorite items. Once your order has been delivered, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking link. What payment methods can I use to shop with Tulio?
