Swimco about returns?
You traditionally have 30 days to return an item by mail. To obtain an invoice for return shipping, go to your account "My Account" and accepted "buys". Then click "Return" and download or print your return invoice. If you do not have a customer account with Swimco, please go to Package Tracking. Download and complete the return shipping form and attach it to your package. We would like to remind you that if the item is not protected, please do not return it. Refunds and Coupon will be made within 2 weeks of return. No additional steps are required.
