GSI Outdoors provides a 30 day return window for most products from the original date of purchase, either by mail or at a store. To come back an item, pack it securely and make sure to include the provided return form or label. Upon receiving your return, GSI Outdoors will process refunds back to the earliest payment method within 2 weeks. Exchanges for another size, color, or product are gladly accommodated at the same time. Just take note, customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. Final sale items are also ineligible.
